THE CARAMEL MEZZANINE

The Caramel Mezzanine accommodates up to 50 guests in an atmosphere unlike anything in the Tri-cities. The Mezzanine can be set-up for a variety of events, and it's versatility is unprecedented. Perfect for birthday parties, cocktail parties, receptions or any gatherings your imagination can dream. The lounge seating is great for a casual reception, reunions, or just an intimate night out with your friends. It may also be set-up with dinner tables; accommodating a 20-30 person sit-down dinner with full-service food & drinks from 620 State Restaurant, Bristol Catering Company, or your favorite caterer.


The Caramel Mezzanine features an independent sound system too! Take control of the music selection by connecting your playlist to this state of the art sound system. THE H.P. KING ROOM

The H.P. King Room is one of our most popular rooms based on its versatile size & unique personality. Great for lunch meetings, board meetings, private parties, guest speakers and so much more. The room is located on the first floor and can be set up for full-service or buffet style lunches/dinners, saving you the time & energy it takes to arrange feeding the crowd.


The room features a full HD projector with video conferencing technology, overhead speakers, and it is the perfect room for any meeting held for 50 people or less. It may be set-up with round tables, horseshoe/single sided tables, or multi-row theater style seating. Business functions, holiday parties, small gatherings, and wedding rehearsal dinners are popular events that have made the most of this room in the past. THE FOUNDATION ROOM

The Foundation Room is our largest event venue, offering a capacity up to 450 people seated. This room can host a variety of celebrations, conferences, weddings, receptions and parties. Multiple packages and options are available including: lighting, stage, full overhead Bose speakers, & a 16-channel Yamaha digital sound board. Technology at its best! The room also includes two 12'-foot and one 16'-foot dropdown screens with HD projection, and over 30 LED lights controlled by state of the art Chauvet Light Board. The Foundation Room features 17'-foot ceilings, a grand entrance, full bar, and 16'-foot windows looking out over State Street. The original brick walls have been tastefully restored and LED lights wrap the entire room with the well appointed dark wood features that give the room a rich, warm environment.


The room can be set up in 8-10 top round tables, multiple row theater style seating, classroom style, and/or single-sided tables for classroom type lectures, among many other seating arrangements. It can even be split in half for a smaller group. The stage has an intelligent lighting package, wireless microphones, and three HD projector screens with Bose speakers filling the entire space. Use our  projectors to present your favorite photos, watch the big football games, or to showcase presenter/speaker illustrations & demonstrations. This venue is one of a kind, located in a historic 110+ year old building in downtown Bristol, TN.
